updown.io is a lightweight HTTP(S)/TCP/ICMP monitoring service that checks the URI you specify and reports any downtime, slow responses, or SSL issues. It can also monitor periodic tasks using pulse/cron checks and delivers alerts in real time to Slack, Teams, Telegram, Email, SMS, Zapier, or custom webhooks. Additionally, it provides hosted status pages with uptime and performance metrics.

Pricing is credit-based: 1 credit = 1 check. You pay for checks by the pack and can scale usage as needed. SMS alerts cost 7,500 credits per message. New users can start with 100,000 free credits.
