Pricing
- Cloud pricing (example packages): NGO and commercial Cloud options available with monthly pricing; storage included (e.g., 20 GB) and minimum number of concurrent users (CCU). Collabora Online Office is optional and priced per user per year for NGOs vs companies (e.g., NGO: 5.90 €/user/year; Company: 22.50 €/user/year).
- Per-user / per-month pricing is available (e.g., around 2.25 €/user/month in some configurations) and additional storage can be added. Jitsi meetings are included in certain plans.
- On-Premises pricing: Storage included (20 GB) with two license types (Named User and Concurrent User); installation and remote support options; 165 €/hour for individual support; pricing and configurations available via configurator; all prices are plus VAT.
